1 Hope Cottages is a delightful, end of terrace, 350 year old former fisherman’s cottage situated on the edge of St Helen’s picturesque village green, on the east coast of the Isle of Wight.

• Bright sitting room with colour television with combined video/DVD player, Freeview connection, Radio/CD stereo system, two comfortable sofas and footstool
• Dining area with table and seating for 5 people (fold away chairs)
• Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas four ring cooker and double oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment and washing machine and door to rear courtyard
• Modern downstairs bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash basin
• Oak staircase rising to the first floor
• First floor double bedroom with beamed ceiling and fitted wardrobes
• Second floor triple bedroom with beamed ceiling from HMS Hope (restricted headroom on access) and velux window. This bedroom has two single beds with an additional single bed stored under one of them which pops up to make either one double and one single bed or three single beds.
• Gas central heating and electricity provided free of charge
• Travel cot and highchair available
• Patio courtyard with two patio tables, six chairs and barbecue
• Free parking available opposite the property in the small public car park on the Village Green.
• Please note that this is a period cottage and that the ceilings in some rooms are very low.
